Please note a couple new features of the collection.\u00a0 You can now save a copy of the Item Detail<\/em> page for your records.<\/p>\n

There are two ways to do this.\u00a0 You can either print the Item Detail<\/em> page, or you can have it sent to you as an e-mail.<\/p>\n

This is handy for several reasons.\u00a0 Suppose you download an item in the collection to your computer.\u00a0 You can now save the Item Detail<\/em> page that corresponds to that item.\u00a0 Or, suppose you find one or more items in the collection that interest you and you want to save the details for later reference.\u00a0 Or, you want to share an item you found with a friend or colleague who might be interested in it as well.<\/p>\n

On the Item Detail<\/em> page, click What can I do with this item?<\/span> if that section is not already displayed.\u00a0 You will see several options, two of which are the Print<\/strong> and E-Mail<\/strong> options:<\/p>\n

To print the page<\/span>, simply choose a printer-friendly version of the page.\u00a0 Click with<\/span><\/span> or without<\/span><\/span> to include or exclude the viewer Comments<\/strong> section and display a printable version of the page.<\/p>\n

Then, use your Internet browser’s Print<\/em> command to actually print the page.\u00a0 You can print it to your printer, or if you have a “PDF printer driver” installed, you can create a PDF file of the printout.\u00a0 After you print the page, click your browser’s Back<\/em> arrow to return to the regular Item Detail<\/em> page.<\/p>\n

To e-mail the page<\/span>, click E-Mail Form<\/span><\/span>, which displays a form.\u00a0 Fill in the form with your e-mail address.\u00a0 If you want to send the page to a friend, also include your friend’s e-mail address.\u00a0 Next enter the required 4-digit code as instructed.\u00a0 This helps prevent spam.<\/p>\n

You can include some notes to yourself to remind you about the item.\u00a0 If you are sending the page to a friend, please include a message that identifies yourself and explains why you are sending the page.<\/p>\n

If you want to include the viewer Comments<\/strong> section in the e-mail, check the box.\u00a0 These are the comments that other viewers have left about the item.<\/p>\n

Then click the Send E-Mail<\/strong> button.\u00a0 You should receive your e-mail momentarily.\u00a0 If you sent the e-mail to a friend, you will receive a carbon copy (CC) of the same e-mail.<\/p>\n

The e-mailed page is the same as the printer-friendly page.\u00a0 You can also print your e-mail after you receive it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
